I'm Mauricio Zúñiga, and I sign as Mauro Z. I facilitate strategy, innovation and process improvement workshops at every level of an organization, from large frontline groups to executive committees and boards, and I give talks and training workshops for twenty to five hundred people, often hybrid.

I lead strategy, innovation and AI adoption at a healthcare organization with national reach in Colombia, I teach at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and I supervise theses at Universidad Icesi. I'm an industrial engineer from Universidad del Valle, with a specialization in Social Management from Javeriana and an MBA from Icesi.

I built Kai Interact myself, with AI, to solve what kept happening to me while facilitating. So whenever it shows up in these articles, the bias comes declared.
